By ordering products or services from this website, you confirm that you are of legal age to enter this agreement and accept these Terms and Conditions. If you place an order on behalf of an organization or company, you confirm that you have the legal authority to bind that entity to these terms and conditions.

You may not order products or services if you: (a) do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, (b) are not at least 18 years old or of legal age to form a binding contract with OnlySatvik, or (c) are prohibited by law from accessing or using this website or its contents, goods, or services.

These Terms and Conditions govern the purchase and sale of products and services through the OnlySatvik Website and any other access methods OnlySatvik may provide. OnlySatvik (“us,” “we,” or “our”) may change these Terms of Sale without prior written notice at any time, at our sole discretion. Changes are effective as of the “Last Updated.” Review these Terms of Sale before purchasing any product or service through this Website. Continued use of this Website after the “Last Updated” constitutes acceptance of and agreement to such changes.

Ordering, Prices and Payment

  • Order Acceptance: To ensure the freshest quality, all of our dishes are made from scratch and cooked to order. This requires us to schedule preparation time in advance. Therefore, we kindly request that you place your order at least one day prior to your desired pick-up or delivery date. Larger orders may require additional preparation time, as outlined below:
  • 1-10 people: 1 day in advance
  • 11-25 people: 2 days in advance
  • 26-50 people: 3 days in advance
  • Over 50 people: 5 days in advance

To avoid disappointment, please ensure you place your order with enough time for us to prepare your delicious food. Orders placed without sufficient notice may be subject to cancellation. For large orders, a deposit of 50% is required to confirm the order, with the remaining balance due in full upon delivery.

  • Menu and Pricing: We strive to ensure the accuracy of our menu and pricing information. However, errors may occur. We reserve the right to correct any errors and adjust prices as necessary.
  • Order Accuracy: Please ensure your order details, including items, quantities, delivery address, and contact information, are accurate before submitting. We are not responsible for errors arising from inaccurate information provided by you.
  • Order Changes: For the best chance of accommodating order changes, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order is confirmed, changes may be limited or not possible. Order changes made within 1 day of the scheduled delivery or pickup time may not be eligible for refunds or credits for future use.
  • Payment Methods: We accept various payment methods as indicated on the Platform. By submitting your payment information, you authorize us to charge the total amount of your order to your chosen payment method.
  • Payment Processing: We use third-party payment processors to handle payment transactions. We do not store your full payment card information.
  • Promotions and Discounts: We may offer promotions and discounts from time to time. These are subject to specific terms and conditions, which will be detailed at the time of offer.

Delivery and Pickup

  • Delivery Fees: Delivery fees are calculated based on your location and may vary. The applicable delivery fee may not be displayed during the checkout process, if not, the delivery charges would be due at the time of food delivery.
  • Delivery Time: We aim to deliver your order within a 30-minute window centered around your requested delivery time. For example, if you request delivery for 5:00 PM, we expect to arrive between 4:30 PM and 5:30 PM. However, please be aware that unforeseen circumstances like traffic or bad weather can occasionally cause delays. We appreciate your patience and understanding should this occur.
  • Order Acceptance: When your order arrives, please take a moment to carefully check its quality, accuracy, and completeness. If you notice any issues, please inform the delivery driver immediately so we can address them right away. Please note that we are unable to process refunds for any issues reported after the delivery driver has left. This allows us to maintain the highest standards for our food and service.
  • Delivery Instructions: You may provide specific delivery instructions (e.g., “leave at the door”). We will relay these instructions to the delivery driver, but we cannot guarantee that they will always be followed.
  • Recipient Availability: If no one is available to receive the delivery at the provided address, the delivery driver may attempt to contact you. If we are unable to reach you, the order may be returned, and you will be charged for the order.
  • Pickup: Please make every effort to arrive at the designated location within the provided time frame. This ensures your food will be at its freshest and ready to enjoy! While we understand that things happen, arriving outside of the pick-up window may affect the quality and availability of your order as we cannot keep food out indefinitely. Please note that in the event of a late pick-up, the full order amount will still be charged.
  • Food Temperature: The temperature of the delivered food may vary depending on the distance of delivery. In cases where the food arrives cool, the customer will be responsible for reheating and serving the food to maintain its optimal quality.

Refunds and Cancellations

We retain the right to decline or refuse service to any customer at its discretion. In the event of a customer’s abuse of the Terms and Conditions, we will be unable to engage in future business transactions with them.

Note: The service fee is non-refundable. If you are eligible for a refund, it will be processed after the service fee has been deducted.

In the event that 25% or more of the food has been consumed or removed, we are unable to provide any discounts or refunds. Similarly, if the food has been discarded, repackaged, or tampered with, thereby preventing us from verifying its origin or issue, we cannot offer any discounts, refunds, or credits. Furthermore, we will provide only one replacement food order per incident. Subsequent replacement requests will not be accommodated.

  • Incorrect Food Orders: 
    • In the event that you receive food items that differ from your receipt of purchase, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. Please contact us or your third-party delivery service promptly upon noticing the discrepancy.
    • For credit card transactions, a refund will be issued for the incorrect items, and your card will be charged for the corrected items. For cash payments, should the corrected food items exceed the value of the incorrect items, you will be required to pay the difference.
  • Incomplete Food Orders:
    • On the rare occasion that your order is missing items listed on your receipt, we will rectify the situation. Please contact us as soon as you notice the missing items. You may cancel any unprepared items without penalty.
    • Please be advised that we provide disposable silverware, napkins, bowls, plates etc. at an additional cost and do not offer return on disposable items.
  • Food Dissatisfaction:
    • We prepare our food fresh to order, using only the finest and freshest ingredients. We take great care and pride in all of our dishes. Refunds and/or replacements are available upon request for orders that are incorrect, incomplete, or have similar issues. Refunds are not typically provided for food that a customer simply does not prefer. Typically, refunds are not provided for food that a guest simply does not like.
    • We take great care in preparing and packaging our pick-up items to maintain their quality. However, please note that the temperature and consistency of certain items may be affected by packaging.
  • Order Cancellation: For orders that have already begun preparation, we are unable to offer cancellations or refunds or credits for future use, even in cases of changed minds or accidental orders.
    • For orders not yet in preparation:
      • Cancellations made more than 1 day before the scheduled delivery or pickup time will incur no fee.
      • Cancellations made within 1 day of the scheduled delivery or pickup time will incur a 50% cancellation fee of the total order value.
      • We cannot offer refunds for non-food items or beverages.
  • Complimentary Food: Please note that we are unable to provide refunds or cash value for any complimentary food items.

Allergens and Dietary Information:

  • Please be advised that the food may contain Peanuts, Nuts, Wheat, Milk, Sulfates, Sesame Seeds and Mustard Seeds. While some dishes may be free of these allergens, there is a possibility of cross-contamination during the preparation process.
  • It is your responsibility to inform us of any allergies or dietary restrictions and to confirm that the food is suitable for your needs.

Liability and Disclaimers: 

  • Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our Food, Services or Platform. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Food, Services or Platform shall be limited to the amount you paid for the order in question.
  • Disclaimer of Warranties: The Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Changes to These Terms and Conditions

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. We may notify you of any significant changes by posting the new Terms and Conditions on our website. Your continued use of the Services after the changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions.
