OnlySatvik LLC (“OnlySatvik,” “we,” “us”) collects, uses, and shares personal information as described below in connection with onlysatvik.com (the “Site”) and our food ordering, pickup, and delivery services.
1. Information We Collect
Information you provide (guest checkout — no account required): name, email address, phone number, delivery address, order details (items, quantities, date/time, pickup or delivery selection, special instructions), payment information (processed securely by Stripe — we do not store full card numbers), customer-support inquiries, and feedback, reviews, or survey responses.
Information collected automatically: device information (IP address, device type, operating system, browser type), usage information (pages viewed, features used, timestamps), approximate location used to validate delivery-zone eligibility and track deliveries, and cookies and similar technologies as described in Section 2.
2. Cookies and Similar Technologies
We use cookies for essential Site functions (such as keeping your cart working during checkout), remembering your preferences, and understanding how the Site is used. Our payment processor (Stripe) also sets cookies for fraud prevention and secure payment processing. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling cookies may prevent checkout from working.

- Delivery drivers — name, address, and phone number for your delivery

- Legal authorities — as required by law, or to protect our rights, safety, or property
- Business partners — only with your separate consent
We do not sell your personal information.
5. Data Security
We take reasonable measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is completely secure. If we learn of a data breach involving your personal information, we will notify you as required by New Jersey law.
6. Data Retention
We retain order and transaction records for up to 7 years for tax, accounting, and legal purposes. Marketing contact information is kept until you opt out. Customer-support correspondence is retained for as long as reasonably needed to handle your inquiry.
7. Marketing Emails and Text Messages
We send promotional emails and SMS messages only if you opt in (for example, by checking the marketing box at checkout).
- Email: every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. You can also opt out anytime by emailing info@onlysatvik.com.
- SMS: if you opt in, you consent to receive order updates and occasional marketing text messages at the phone number you provide. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of marketing texts; reply HELP for help. Opting out of marketing does not stop transactional messages about an active order.
8. Your Choices and Rights
Because checkout is guest-only (no customer accounts), you can exercise your rights by contacting us:
- Access, correct, or delete your personal information: email info@onlysatvik.com. We will respond within a reasonable time. Note that we may retain certain records as required by law (see Section 6).
- Cookie control: via your browser settings (see Section 2).
- Marketing opt-out: unsubscribe link, STOP reply, or email us (see Section 7).
9. Children’s Privacy
Our Services are not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us at info@onlysatvik.com and we will delete it.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on the Site with a revised “Last Updated” date, and we will provide additional notice where required by law.
